The house

This is where The Autumn House started: a white gabled front in Sector 117, a maple leaf over a green arched door, and a courtyard of patterned tiles and potted palms behind it.

Inside, tables sit under hanging rattan lamps, with the open kitchen at the back of the private dining space. The coffee bar runs from noon, and the matcha bar pours four ways — Citrus Tropical, Honey Coconut, Mango and Spiced Earl Grey.

It is the house for a lunch that turns into the afternoon, and in December, the one with the Christmas display.
